Service provider: [legal entity and registration details must be completed]. By creating a workspace, the user confirms that they are authorized to act on behalf of their company and accept the approved version of these terms.

The user is responsible for keeping account details current, assigning roles and protecting sign-in credentials. Any suspected compromise must be reported through the approved support channel.

The service must not be used for unlawful data processing, sending messages without the required basis, bypassing channel restrictions, infringing third-party rights or attempting to access another workspace.

AI creates suggestions and drafts from the available context. The user must review responses and settings. Public, financial and irreversible actions follow the configured confirmation policy.

The current scope, limits and price are shown before a paid feature is enabled. Choosing a solution and creating an initial draft do not require payment details. Commercial terms take effect only after separate approval.

Rights to source business data remain with the user. Personal data processing rules are described in a separate policy. Software and user-content licensing terms must be completed during legal review.

Access may be restricted when there is a security threat or a material breach of these terms. The notification process, data export, termination and governing law require approval together with the provider details.
